The foam used is a top-notch Polyolefin that boasts exceptional dimensional tolerances and a strong bond with the adhesive surface. Careful consideration was given to the thickness and density range, ensuring it provides internal strength and resistance against elongation and rotational forces. By conforming to the lens materials’ contours, the foam allows for a secure bond during the grinding process and facilitates easy removal of the pad from the lens post-use.
