Time can be a limiting factor for many reasons. However, for the vacuum potting process, this problem can be easily overcome with our IAD-650V which is equipped with two sets of independent material supply systems or called dispensers on a single robot arm to improve manufacturing cycle time. In a single evacuation cycle, as many components as possible are processed at the same time on an even grid so that one dispensing stroke processes several workpieces at once.
