Product Description
Chemtronics CW8700 Lead Free Tacky Flux is a Type ROL0 formulation designed specifically for the higher temperatures required by lead-free soldering, especially for BGA rework. It ensures high reliability, stability, and cleanliness. The tacky gel composition holds BGA components in place even with board movement, while its low viscosity allows for easy application. This flux contains no ionic material and is suitable for clean room applications.
